Waves Yoga Therapy Sessions include assisted stretching and deep tissue body work. They are designed to support injury prevention and or injury healing. We will customize your session to meet your needs. Add a Sauna on to the session to enhance the results. You will take home a few exercises, stretches, or myofascial release methods to ensure a consistent body maintenance practice.
